I had a leak that I thought was close to my side of the water meter. They came out today, 12/23 and spent the better part of all day tracing where this leak was. The technician, Guy, found the source of the leak and he was able to fix the problem even better than before. This company will come out, assess the problem and tell you up front what it'll cost. I'm very happy with what I paid and am very satisfied with the work! I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs. Thank you!!
All I can say is wow! Chris came out and looked at what I thought was an issue with my drain and explained to me what was going on. He checked the system out and found know problem and explained why. I asked how much I owed him and he said nothing. What great service and highly recommend these guys! Thanks again Chris and Mr Rooter!
We had a plumbing emergency at 9:30pm, called Mr. Rooter plumbing and Chris J. was out here within the hour. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and very thorough to fix our issue which was a backup in our plumbing pipes. We are so pleased with his services and are definitely returning customers!
On short notice, Mr. Rooter plumbing services was able to come out and get the stoppage on my house figured out. The representative who came out was amazing, professional, and the man got after it taking care of business. I was changing my kitchen faucet and plastic that connects to water faucet was bound and could not be taken apart. Guy came in and took it apart, broken down to the screw off, and I was able to finish the rest of the product myself and very helpful very informative on what I should do next and great instruction really appreciate the guy and did a great job for me. Good work. Easy to work with. I contracted them to assist with a full house replumb and they did a good job and were able to work with us on a few hangups and unforeseen issues. Eric the master plumber was good with communicating and I will use them again on future projects.
Eric and his team with Mr. Rooter was absolutely fantastic! They arrived at my Courtyard property on time, thoroughly explained the problem with my gas line, and fixed it efficiently with no mess left behind. They told me it would be a week before the job would be finished and they finished it in 4 days. Their professionalism and clear communication were top-notch, and I felt completely confident in their expertise. I don't know how to describe my experience with Mr. Rooter and the technician Guy other than simply perfect. Guy was able to come out just shy of an hour after my call and fixed the issue I had in only 2 hours! He was incredibly professional but also extremely down to earth. We conversed throughout the job and he showed me what he was doing for my own edification. My issue was the main valve to my house broke and while I already knew the problem I had no idea how to fix it. I cannot thank this organization…

Arturo is/ was excellent, perfect, helped me so professionally. Did an outstanding job of replacing my meter and it's surroundings and cleaned up behind himself . In fact the area look better than before he came . I thank him profusely. And thank you Mr. Rooter for such a wonderful with a smile as he worked in all that hot sun service tech... I had them come on two separate occasions for my water heater and toilet. Both times they came within the hour, finished quickly and did an awesome job! All the techs I have encountered have been nice and courteous.

I needed a back flow valve replaced and this company was the only one able to accommodate me and give me an appointment the next day. Joe and Dale came out and replaced the valve with great professionalism and did an excellent job with the project. The area looked perfect and neat like no one ever touched it. The grass and soil were placed back with no cosmetic damage and the valve looked amazing. I recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. They exceeded my expectations!
